Publika in Action Campaigns and Citizens Involvement

This campaign aimed to strengthen the communication capacity of the Municipality of Prizren, through the development of a two-year communication strategy, media staff training, and efforts to increase transparency and accountability.

A major milestone was the launch of Kosovo’s rst-ever participatory budgeting model, where citizens of selected localities had the opportunity to propose investment ideas, vote for the best projects, and see them funded by the municipality.

Publika designed the campaign’s visual identity, produced videos, and ensured full media coverage across platforms.
